How do I measure the progress and success of my coaching?
You can see the progress of your coaching such as number of completed sessions, upcoming sessions and coaching credit balance all from your BestOfMe account coaching dashboard.
The ROI of coaching can be measured by:
- analyzing results of 360 assessment by managers and peers pre vs post coaching
- measure retention rate of team members or employees in the organization
- rate job satisfaction of coachee after coaching
- measure team performance/productivity and compare pre vs post performance
- observe coachee engagement/relationship with others and change in attitude/behaviour after coaching
